This program aims to empower future leaders of the company with various knowledge related to the core business, leadership, and soft skills, in order to enhance their competencies, leadership skills, and performance. This program allows participant to further enhance their knowledge by visiting ports outside of Indonesia as a benchmark and as an overview of Operation in other port corporation.
