This course is designed for Non-HR Managers from various departments / units who are required to play a more effective HR role in managing their department/unit; start from staff recruitment & selection, training & development, disciplinary actions handling, staff motivation & conduct of performance appraisal.
The participants will learn the basic of Human Resource Management at the ground level, making it suitable for Non-HR, who have not received the provision of HR theories to attend this course.
