Fundamental of Industrial Relationship
The course is to ensure the capability of HR function when improving the relationship between employees
and management which stem directly or indirectly from union-employer relationship, the relationships
between employees and employers within the organizational settings. Participants will gain practical
knowledge of the provisions of the legislation in force and its correlation with employment issues that
arise. Thus, any employment problems encountered will be easy to understand and be understood so
that it can be completed quickly and accurately.
